1. Introduction
Welcome to Lune Atelier. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Lune Atelier (the “Company”).
2. Services
Lune Atelier provides event management, planning, design, and coordination services. The scope of services will be detailed in a written proposal or agreement shared with the Client before commencement of work.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after a signed agreement and/or payment of the required deposit.
All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified.
4. Payments
A non-refundable deposit (as specified in the proposal) is required to secure services.
The balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the agreement.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of planning and expenses already incurred.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and required materials for successful execution of the event.
Any changes or delays caused by the Client may affect timelines and costs.
7. Vendors & Third Parties
Lune Atelier may engage third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, venues) on behalf of the Client.
While we take utmost care in vendor selection, Lune Atelier is not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party vendors.
8. Liability
Lune Atelier will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damages beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies.
The Client is advised to obtain appropriate event insurance if required.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, proposals, and materials created by Lune Atelier remain the intellectual property of the Company.
Photos or videos taken at events may be used for Lune Atelier’s marketing purposes unless the Client objects in writing.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business, financial, or personal information shared during the engagement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., India].
12. Amendments
